HAINBUCH develops and produces solutions for clamping, change-over, measuring and automation solutions for milling, turning and grinding operations on machine tools. The leading workholding technology manufacturer offers products such as chucks, mandrels, stationary clamping devices, quick change-over systems and automation solutions. The main focus is on products for set-up time optimization and clamping devices for networked and automated production.
The company's innovative developments include the Spanntop chuck [1977], the Toplus IQ technology with intelligent sensor technology [2007], the energy-efficient lightweight carbon clamping devices [2011] and the AC line for the automated changing of entire clamping devices [2019]. In addition to standard products, Hainbuch also manufactures individual special solutions and special clamping devices and creates new production possibilities using state-of-the-art clamping device technologies.
Founded in 1951 and based in Marbach, Hainbuch GmbH is now owner-managed in the third generation and employs around 800 people in Germany, the USA, China, France, Great Britain, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Austria, Mexico and Japan.

HAINBUCH SYSTEM
The HAINBUCH SYSTEM adapts to your workpiece. It allows you to clamp 1,000 different workpieces and gives you everything you need for complete machining.
You only need one basic clamping device – a chuck or a stationary chuck that remains on the machine. For O.D., I.D., jaw or magnetic clamping, or clamping between centers you then use adaptations – without having to accept any compromises.
The workpiece defines the adaptation and converts your basic clamping device for the particular application. This incredible solution reduces set-up time substantially, while increasing flexibility and making it possible to easily squeeze in short-term jobs.
You will therefore be optimally prepared for every clamping situation – whether in turning, milling or grinding.

Convenient, that the HAINBUCH quick change-over systems fit on all your machines. Even better, that you can change your clamping devices in a matter of minutes, thus earning money quicker and allowing you to manufacture job-oriented. And, thanks to our unique CENTREX technology, you will achieve a repeatability of ≤ 0.003 mm on the interface.
However, our high speed solutions have even more to offer: As you will experience shorter machine downtimes along with reduced processing and throughput times,
your quick change-over systems will pay off in no time. Better yet, you will not have to compromise on quality, rigidity or precision.
Select the spindle connection and the clamping device that is right for you from our extensive assortment. We can even accommodate you if you are already using clamping devices made by other manufacturers. We will simply adapt them to our interface.
HYDROK stationary chuck
5-axis machining or efficient multiple clamping – with the HYDROK we offer a hydraulically actuated stationary chuck that provides even more implementation possibilities. Depending on the size, you can use it with all clamping device adaptations, such as the MANDO Adapt mandrel-in-clamping device or the jaw module. In the future you can also rely completely on the intelligent HAINBUCH SYSTEM, also for your stationary clamping device.
Our smallest modules: HYDROK 40 SE and 32 RD. Their modular base plates can be easily fitted together and enable multiple clamping setups with incredible holding forces in the most confined spaces. And with an additional tandem cylinder you can even generate the full clamping force with a weaker hydraulic unit
